JOB DESCRIPTION:
Optimum Energy LLC is looking for a CAD Detailer/ Draftsman who will provide architectural submittal drawings in compliance with contract documents, and within the specified budget and timeline.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 3 years of experience related to CAD drafting industry;- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD Architecture; fluent MS Office and Adobe Acrobat user;
- Proficiency in developing detailed AutoCAD shop drawings and detailed fabrication drawings;
- Experience in technical, mechanical or construction fields;
- Good methodology in work practices; ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritize work;
- Highly motivated person with a can-do attitude;
- Strong attention to detail and focus on quality;
- Strong communicator (written and oral);
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to work to high standards of quality and accuracy.
