Role description:

Evoca is seeking a Card Technologies and Operations Specialist who will be responsible for coordinating payment card issuance, printing, delivery, and logistics processes. The role will involve participating in the efficient organization of card services, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and payment system requirements, and contributing to the improvement of customer service processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

What will you be doing?

• coordinate the entire payment card issuance process, including new card issuance, reissuance, and card closure;
• coordinate and execute card printing activities;
• ensure the timely printing and delivery of cards to branches, partners, or customers;
• monitor inventory levels of cards and embossing materials;
• coordinate card logistics processes in cooperation with delivery service providers, branches, and vendors, ensuring secure and accurate distribution;
• ensure compliance with security requirements, the Bank’s internal procedures, and the requirements of international payment systems;
• identify and resolve issues related to card delivery;
• prepare periodic reports on card issuance, inventory levels, and logistics processes.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

What skills are we looking for?

• higher education in finance, economics, business administration or a related field;
• at least one year of work experience in the banking sector, preferably in card operations or payment cards;
• experience working with card management systems and banking operational platforms;
• knowledge of international card payment system processes (e.g., Visa, Mastercard);
• analytical thinking and strong attention to detail;
• good communication and teamwork skills;
• good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel;
• excellent command of Armenian; knowledge of English and Russian will be considered an advantage.
