JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Bacon Product LLC is looking for a highly motivated and qualified candidate for the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Assist in formulating the Company's future direction and supporting tactical strategies;
- Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans and operations;
- Develop financial and tax strategies of the Company;
- Manage the capital request and budgeting processes;
- Develop performance measures that support the Company's strategic direction;
- Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team;
- Maintain in-depth relations with all members of the management team;
- Oversee the Company's transaction processing systems;
- Oversee employee benefit plans, with particular emphasis on maximizing a cost-effective benefits package;
- Ensure Company budgeting processes are carried out and reviewed;
- Take ultimate responsibility for the Company cash management policies;
- Present monthly and annual Financial reports to the General Director and related parties;
- Understand and mitigate key elements of the Company's risk profile;
- Construct and monitor reliable control systems;
- Ensure that the Company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements;
- Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts;
- Arrange for debt and equity financing.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- University degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting;
- At least 3 years of progressively responsible experience in the similar position for a major company or division of a large corporation;
- Oral and written communication skills in English and Russian languages;
- Excellent leadership, analytical and organizational skills;
- Good knowledge of relevant computer software (Armenian Software and 1C 8.3 ERP);
- ACCA and IFRS certificate is a plus;
- Strong IT skills, ability to be always ahead of new technologies;
- Ability to handle high level of pressure and critical decision-making;
- High integrity and openness combined with commitment to good governance;
- Energetic, highly motivated person, with an enquiring mind and passion for excellence and innovation in pursuit of business growth and success.
