TERM: 

Full Time (40 hours per week)

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

The incumbent operates safely and efficiently an unarmored U.S. Government-owned or leased motor vehicle to transport passengers and/or cargo. The incumbent works as a messenger as directed. He/she assumes duty driver responsibility on a rotational basis. The incumbent may be required to make trips that require out-of-town stays. The incumbent prepares trip reports, vehicle use and fuel logs, estimates fuel consumption for trips.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Completion of Primary education is required;
- Full Performance (FP-03): At least three years of professional driving experience is required;
- Level Trainee level (FP-02): At least two years of professional driving experience is required.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Must hold a valid class B, C and D driver’s license that is not revoked or suspended and be at least 25 years old to be allowed to drive an official vehicle;
- Level II English (limited knowledge) - reading, writing and speaking is required - (this may be tested);
- Level III Armenian (good working knowledge) - reading, writing and speaking is required (this may be tested);
