JOB DESCRIPTION:
Timeless LLC is looking for a highly responsible and experienced Chief Financial Officer, a person who can have a great contribution by his/ her enthusiastic and creative work in the Company's actively growing team.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and establish group financial management strategy, provide direction and leadership during the implementation of strategy for 3 markets (Armenia, Georgia, Belarus);- Oversee the Company's past and present financial situation as well as the capital structure, cash management, asset and liability management; lead the group liquidity and forecast future economic return;
- Develop a system of financial and economic indicators for assessing performance and productivity;
- Maintain budgeting and financial reporting processes alignment among three countries;
- Control the sources and uses of funds; develop and revise financial models for investments;
- Develop and revise financial reporting;
- Evaluate and assess financial performance and productivity;
- Conduct financial risk assessment.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- University degree in Economics, Accounting or Finance;- At least 5 years of work experience in managerial position in a relevant field;
- Knowledge of accountancy and financial business processes and reporting standards, including IFRS;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Strong managerial and leadership skills;
- Ability to achieve results and meet strict deadlines in an effective manner;
- Analytical and strategic thinking;
- Ability to set priorities and behave as a quick decision-maker in complex cases;
- Reporting, business writing and presentation skills;
- Budgeting and budget management skills;
- Team building and communication skills;
- Stress management skills.
