Night Shift (every 3rd day, from 21:00 to 09:00)
JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Evocabank is looking for a motivated specialist who will answer the customers' incoming phone calls and provide information on banking services.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Identify customers' needs through phone calls and electronic media and offer banking services to them;
- Implement all the software steps necessary for remote servicing;
- Check up, process and implement customers' messages received through remote service systems;
- Work with data bases, implementing data entries, drafting reports and letters.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Higher education; degree in Economics or Finance is preferable;
- At least 1 year of work experience in banking as a Contact Center or Call Center Specialist;
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Good knowledge of MS Office, and electronic communication means, such as Skype, Viber, and WhatsApp;
- Ability to work in a team and find efficient solutions in changing environment;
- Pro-activity and sense of responsibility;
- Analytical and flexible thinking; cooperation skills.
