JOB DESCRIPTION: 

RESO Insurance is looking for a Corporate Customer Attraction Manager to join its team.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Disclose new business trends' development opportunities;
- Responsible for new customer involvement, and sales planning;
- Organize and establish work relations with banks/ UCOs;
- Negotiate with corporate clients, provide necessary information;
- Develop and apply the methods of sales techniques in the market;
- Responsible for periodic analysis of Insurance market, discovery of competitive field, data collection and preparation of proposals.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Higher education, preferably in Economics;
- Experience in customer relationship management and financial sector;
- Experience in an insurance company is preferred;
- Active sales skills;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
