JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Varks.am is looking for a CRM Manager who will be responsible for managing the Company's Customer Relationship ensuring the Company can make the most out of marketing opportunities it offers. He/ she should be well versed in the value delivered to customers and the problems customers are trying to solve.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Plan and deliver CRM strategies across the Company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty;
- Decide on the CRM platform structure ensuring it works seamlessly across the Company and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle;
- Analyze Customer Journey Mapping touch points with the Company and maximize commercial opportunities;
- Develop marketing techniques to drive new clientage, suggest new methods to meet customers' needs;
- Oversee direct communications with customers through the CRM;
- Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability;
- Oversee the implementation of the method of all direct communications to lower cost mediums such as SMS and email.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Higher education in Business Administration or Marketing;
- Experience in a relevant field is a plus;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Excellent command of MS Office full package;
- Excellent command of Armenian, Russian and English languages.
