JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Y.S. LLC is looking for a motivated and flexible candidate for the position of Customer Support Assistant. The successful candidate will be required to provide excellent customer service to clients via social media, phone and email. He/ she will work remotely for the first 3 months.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Assist clients on different social media platforms;
- Answer e-mails and calls;
- Demonstrate impeccable telephone manners;
- Send inquires and issues to the appropriate department;
- Report to the Management;
- Deal with complaints of a varying nature promptly and effectively;
- Liaise with all departments to resolve issues;
- Provide all relevant information to clients regarding products or other related things.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills;
- Excellent typing skills;
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure;
- Punctuality and sense of responsibility.
