JOB DESCRIPTION:
List.am is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join its team. List.am strives to make buying and selling easy and convenient. As a Customer Support Specialist, he/ she will be helping customers with all their inquiries. The Company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist who doesn’t require a script to help the customers to answer their questions and resolve their issues, someone who can delight with promptness, thoroughness and accuracy. The ideal candidate is highly responsible, detail oriented and able to think outside the box.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work at the online e-commerce marketplace platform, helping List.am scale effectively by handling customer support requests via email;- Manage and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and accurate way;
- Educate the customers on how to operate their accounts and how to effectively use the service;
- Work with key stakeholders across the Organization in a fast-paced, collaborative environment;
- Help the Company maintain a high satisfaction rate with the customers;
- Understand and correctly utilize resources provided by internal systems, policies, and procedures;
- Have the ability to grow, develop and learn in a start-up environment.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Investigative and critical thinking skills;- Excellent listening and written communication skills including strong attention to detail;
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (1-3 years of customer service experience is desired);
- Customer service skills that demonstrate a customer-focused philosophy;
- Team player;
- Eager and fast learner;
- Being comfortable in working in ambiguous and/ or stressful situations is a must;
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
