Full-timeJOB DESCRIPTION:
The Data Quality Analyst will serve on a team of individuals managing user submitted data on the Company's internet based data collection platform. The position requires an extremely driven, goal-oriented individual to ensure efficient and accurate delivery of data in support of critical rebate programs. The incumbent must be detail oriented, extremely organized and be able to prioritize many competing objectives.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage inbound sales and inventory data for retailer and distributor accounts across the U.S. that participate in the Company's internet based data collection platform;- Monitor incoming product, customer, point of sale and inventory files. Repair, correct and reload files to ensure customer data flows into the system;
- Clean and cross-reference point of sale and inventory data using custom-built web tools;
- Review and analyze customer data to ensure reporting accuracy;
- Monitor and maintain performance metrics to ensure data processing efficiency;
- Identify data inconsistencies and anomalies to ensure data quality.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree; a master's degree would be a plus;- Good knowledge of English language;
- Strong MS Office skills and use of internet based web applications;
- High professionalism and willingness to serve the customer's needs;
- Strong drive for results and attention to detail;
- Proficient with problem solving and thinking critically to resolve customer requests;
- Highly organized and ablility to prioritize competing initiatives;
- Team oriented.
