JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Zangezur Copper Molybdenum Combine is looking for a Delivery Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Management of digital transformation project/ product implementation;
- Project and program management.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Knowledge of Agile methodology and frameworks (Scrum, basic knowledge of SAFe);
- Knowledge of Waterfall methodologies (PMBoK, etc.);
- Proven track record of managing projects, and product implementation with Agile and Waterfall methodologies;
- Proven track record of managing E2E projects which involve cross-functional teams and have external dependencies;
- Hands-on experience in implementing integration projects;
- Hands-on experience in dependency management;
- Hands-on experience in budget estimations, planning and control;
- Client expectation management experience;
- Risk management experience;
- Hands-on Atlassian user (Jira, Confluence);
- Hands-on Business Analysis competency;
- Basic level of knowledge in Software Architecture, DevOps;
- Experience in EPAM, Luxoft, Accenture vendors;
- Experience in the mining industry.
