JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Sef International UCO is looking for a self-motivated Digital Brand Specialist to support marketing team in executing marketing campaigns, which promote and announce new products, and drive real engagement primarily through digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a creative eye and a great sense of organization to skillfully develop plans that support the Company's lines of services, brand objectives and devises campaigns to achieve high positions in the market.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Support initiatives on data-driven marketing:
- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights;
- Using data and technical functionality identify and analyze consumer behavior and needs, platforms, and media to drive personalized content and publish in social channels.

Acquisition marketing:
- Identify new ways to drive digital awareness of the brand(s);
- Explore, study and find new markets and collect the necessary information;
- Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.

Strategy in e-commerce:
- Implement premier practices and work with customer teams to grow delivery channels;
- Align the Company to the brand's direction, choices and tactics end results;
- Monitor and analyze competitor/ external activities on digital-centric initiatives (innovation/ communication) to identify best practices;
- Measure and report performance.

Communication and collaboration:
- Participate in the development of the marketing plan and strategy of the brand;
- Partner with agencies and internal teams to optimize social content and digital creative recommendations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing and/ or brand management;
- Higher education in Business, Public Relations, Economics or Marketing;
- Confirmed understanding of digital channels and influencers;
- Enthusiasm for digital space, clients' journeys and winning in marketplace;
- Knowledge of how to create, test, optimize digital content and experience leading creative/ technical agencies and media partnerships;
- Good understanding of principles of micro, small and medium business setup and development;
- Data-driven thinking and strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with web design tools;
- Experience in online recruiting or digital marketing for consumer services;
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Affiliate, Email/ CRM, Consumer Shopping Engine, Display, and emerging digital channels.
