JOB DESCRIPTION:
Fit24 Fitness Club is looking for a Digital Marketing and Communications Manager to join its team. The incumbent will be responsible for the Company's all marketing activities, branding, social media marketing and advertising. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, creative individual with strategical thinking and deep understanding of marketing.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies;- Publish content on social media channels: Facebook, Instagram, etc.;
- Develop communication strategy for the Company in line with company objectives;
- Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities;
- Oversee the Company's marketing budget;
- Responsible for creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans;
- Plan and implement promotional campaigns;
- Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results;
- Responsible for overall brand management and corporate identity;
- Prepare online and print marketing campaigns;
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications;
- Create a wide range of different marketing materials including images and videos working closely with design agencies and outsource partners;
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives;
- Analyze potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- University degree in Marketing or a related field;- At least 2 years of experience in the relevant field;
- Excellent content writing and communication skills;
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Excellent knowledge of digital marketing and social media tools, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn;
- Knowledge of CorelDRAW, Photoshop and/ or video editing programs is a plus.
