JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Atenk Ltd. is looking for an Economist to join its team within the Program "Future Organization Manager". "Future Organization Manager" is a job-study program which is designed for finding and recruiting a graduate from a leading University, who will have an opportunity to acquire practical economical, financial and managerial knowledge and skills by leading mentors and may become a manager of Atenk meat product company.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Work with the economical information and database, continuously develop and analyze it;
- Lead short-term projects and supervise their realization;
- Set and achieve goals and arrange solutions of different operational issues occurred in the businesses on timely basis;
- Collaborate and maintain relationship with colleagues and develop feedback, exchange the experience;
- Work closely with the General Manager and departmental managers; take part in making strategic decisions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Economics or Finance;
- At least 1 year of experience;
- Strong knowledge of Economics;
- Advanced MS Office skills;
- Initiative and a great sense of humor;
- High level of responsibility and analytical mindset;
- Big desire to acquire new knowledge periodically;
- Good leadership skills.
