JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Are you passionate about ensuring a seamless experience for guests by overseeing maintenance and engineering operations? Courtyard By Marriott, Yerevan is looking for an experienced Engineering Supervisor to lead its talented team of maintenance professionals.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations to ensure optimal functionality and safety of the hotel premises;
- Lead and mentor a team of skilled technicians, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment;
- Schedule and prioritize tasks, including routine maintenance, repairs, and special projects;
- Implement innovative strategies to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness;
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Proven experience in a maintenance or engineering role, preferably in the hospitality industry;
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Proficiency in Armenian and English languages;
- Solid understanding of mechanical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems;
- Technical degree or relevant certification is a plus.
