JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Executive Assistant performs administrative duties for executive management. Responsibilities include screening calls, managing calendars, making travel, arranging meetings and events. Executive Assistant is also involved in visitor relations. ??Tech savvy, with strong computer and Internet research skills, flexible, with excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, outside clients and vendors. Sensitivity to confidential matters is required.??

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Maintain CEO's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel;
- Read, research and route correspondence; draft letters and documents; collect and analyze information; initiate telecommunication;
- Record, type and distribute meeting minutes;
- Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution;
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports;
- Develop and maintain a filing system;
- Provide general support to visitors;
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients;
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant;
- At least bachelor's degree;
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work;
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent English, Armenian, and Russian languages written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
