JOB DESCRIPTION: 

The expert will analyze the existing legislation and regulatory framework relevant to the communication of the Armenian Government and will propose changes needed to support the implementation and smooth functioning of the structure proposed by the team of NKEs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- A Master’s degree in Law;
- A minimum of 8 years of general professional experience in practicing law, preferably in legal roles in Government institutions or Parliament, a general knowledge of the Armenian legislative and regulatory framework relevant to government communication and freedom of information, and at least 4 years of specific experience in legislation analysis and development, including drafting legislation and/or bylaws in Armenia and/or the Eastern Partnership region;
- Working knowledge of both Armenian and English is required.
