Center for Agribusiness and Rural Development Foundation (CARD) is inviting eligible, certified auditors to conduct annual audits of CARD Foundation and it’s daughter companies (CARD Agroservice cjsc, CARD AgroCredit UCO cjsc, AgriConcept cjsc, Agrotrend cjsc, SmartAgro cjsc and Kultiva cjsc) financial statements for the years ending 31 December 2021, 2022, 2023 in accordance with International Standards on Auditing. For information on the companies’ activities and recent financial statements, please refer to the websites: http://card.am/; http://agroservice.am/; http://agrocredit.am/.REQUIREMENTS:
All interested licensed auditors are eligible to submit their applications. Application packages must include the following:- Full name and address of the applicant;
- Tender code, which is: CARD A003/ADM/21;
- Copy of audit license;
- Information about the applicant organization and its staff, including:
a) Similar works/ services completed during the past 3 years;
b) Information on how involved the partner will be on the engagement;
c) Names of the proposed working group with the description of their qualifications;
d) Time key team members will commit to this appointment;
e) Methodology and approach of auditing services to be provided;
- Proposed duration of the auditing services;
- Proposed prices of the auditing services.
Applicants may provide any additional information.

Applications must be presented in sealed and stamped envelopes by the deadline to the Center for Agribusiness and Rural Development Foundation office at: Azatutyan 1/21, 40, Yerevan, 0037, Armenia.
