JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Jermuk International Pepsi-Cola Bottler LLC is looking for a highly qualified professional to fill the position of Finance Flow Supervisor. The incumbent will manage financial flows, make planning of short-term cash flows, manage, control and check payables and receivables, implement payments to the suppliers, compose financial statements. He/ she will be responsible for contributing to the Company's success by focusing on the retention of the stable financial flow, customer service improvement, improvement of the control efficiency and risk reduction.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Manage a small team;
- Control receivables, provide solutions to minimize overdue debts with possible quick repayment;
- Control route settlement process;
- Control credit sales policies;
- Approve and control credit sales limits;
- Control RGB turnover;
- Plan short-term financial flows;
- Control payables, negotiate with counterparties;
- Plan daily payment schedule, prepare payment orders and make online payments;
- Control cash inflows and outflows, compose cash flow statement;
- Provide necessary information and reporting to managers;
- Perform other tasks related to the Financial Department;
- Reconcile bank statements and sub-ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies;
- Implement day-to-day journal entries as well as the month-end and year-end closing process.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- University degree in Finance, Accounting or other related fields;
- At least 3 years of experience in finance and accounting;
- Knowledge of IFRS and Armenian tax legislation;
- Knowledge of Armenian Software Enterprise 4.0;
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team;
- Strong analytical, organizational, verbal and time management skills;
- Ability to work under pressure on multiple tasks and within tight deadlines;
- Ability to motivate others;
- Excellent PC skills.
