JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Bacon Product is looking for a Financial Analyst to join its team. The Financial Analyst is responsible for receiving and processing internal requests for business cases, financial models, and special calculations.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Analyse and process financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, statement of changes in equity) and participate in the process of their preparation;
- Responsible for regular budget reconciliation;
- Contribute to budgeting, business and investment planning processes of discrepancies between actual and planned costs;
- Collect the information required for the Company's financial analysis;
- Realize income and expense planning;
- Regularly present the results of the financial analysis, as well as make recommendations to the head of the unit on cost optimization;
- Provide timely information about risks that have occurred as a result of budget performance analysis;
- Perform other job-related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- University degree in Finance, Economics or in a related field;
- Proven successful experience in a relevant field;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel;
- Knowledge of accounting software (ArmSoft and 1C);
- Analytical and problem solving skills;
- Organizational and communication skills.
