JOB DESCRIPTION:
Greenroad International Logistics is looking for an Accountant to join its team.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain petty cash fund, prepare voucher and post in Tally;- Maintain party ledger, and stock of office supplies and fixed assets;
- Prepare expenses and monthly salary sheet and make required payments;
- Issue cheque and make party payment;
- Make possible arrangements for purchase of goods and office supplies;
- Collect reports from other departments, as well as prepare and submit reports timely;
- Perform other duties as per need and command from top level management.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- University degree in a relevant field;- At least 1 year of relevant experience;
- High competency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically advanced Excel skills;
- Knowledge of and experience with accounting systems, preferably Tally;
- Fluency in English language, both written and oral.
