JOB DESCRIPTION:
The incumbent will develop and follow up with the creation and further development process of new services and offers, provide innovative ideas, as well as follow up and improve permanently market KPIs.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze and follow up with broadband fixed and mobile internet as well as IPTV market segment needs and behaviors;- Follow up competitors' launches and activities and make competitive analyses;
- Coordinate the launch and follow up with new offers; organize and coordinate testing;
- Follow up on MBB devices' portfolio (coordination of new models selection, testing, SW/ FW confirmation, customization, etc.);
- Use creativity and benchmark for proposing innovative value proposition for targeting customer acquisition and customer value increase;
- Cooperate and develop together with the Sales, CC, Legal, Technical and Financial Departments' new products and new customer value propositions;
- Cooperate with Communication team; follow up on website and provide SMS draft texts;
- Elaborate the required communication briefing and materials for offers and marketing actions;
- Propose and implement market animation actions using promotions, teasing, events, PR, web, wap, etc.;
- Coordinate marketing action plans with the Sales Department;
- Analyze the trends of the market and make competitive analysis;
- Understand and analyze the key KPIs on acquisition, retention and value creation;
- Follow up and improve permanently market KPIs.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- University degree, preferably in Statistics, Economics or Information Technology;- Knowledge of and experience in marketing;
- Work experience in the telecommunication sector is a plus;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly an advanced level of Excel and PowerPoint;
- Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Basic project management skills: end-to-end development and implementation of simple projects;
- Good analytical and anticipation skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Ability to respond quickly and concurrently with shorter deadlines;
- Creative thinking;
- Ability to find flexible decisions in different critical/ problematic situations;
- Ability to work within a team.
