JOB DESCRIPTION:
Pragmatix LLC is looking for a Full Stack Developer who will take a key role in the team. The incumbent must have knowledge of all stages of software development. He/ she will be working alongside other engineers and developers collaborating on the various layers of the infrastructure for the products the Company maintains.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design the overall architecture of the web application;- Maintain quality and ensure the responsiveness of applications;
- Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new features;
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use;
- Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability;
- Implement security and data protection;
- Translate UI/ UX wireframes to visual elements;
- Integrate the front-end and back-end aspects of the web application.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 3 years of experience;- Proficient knowledge of backend programming language Python; the knowledge of Java, Node.JS is preferable;
- Proficient knowledge of at least 1 front-end framework (Angular 9 or React);
- Understanding of the differences between multiple delivery platforms (such as mobile vs, desktop), and ability to optimize output to match the specific platform;
- Good understanding of CSS preprocessor (LESS or SASS);
- Ability to create database schemas that will represent and support business processes;
- Knowledge of data migration, transformation, and scripting;
- Ability to manage hosting environment (AWS);
- Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application;
- Ability to implement automated testing platforms and unit tests;
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git);
- Familiarity with development aiding tools (WebStorm, Postman, Database GUI tools, etc.).
