JOB DESCRIPTION:
EvocaBank is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join its team as the Head of Investment Business Department. RESPONSIBILITIES:
.What will you be doing?
- Lead the Investment Business Department, providing direction and oversight for all investment activities;
- Develop and implement the investment business strategies aligned with the Bank's goals and market opportunities;
- Oversee investment portfolio management and ensure optimal performance;
- Monitor market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes to inform investment decisions;
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the investment product suite and enhancing the Bank’s market position;
- Collaborate with other divisions to enhance product offerings and client services;
- Implement effective risk management practices to mitigate investment risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards;
- Lead, mentor, and develop the investment team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning;
- Prepare and present investment performance reports and strategic updates to senior management.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
.What skills is EvocaBank looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, an advanced degree preferred;
- Minimum 10 years of experience in investment management, with proven leadership experience;
- Deep understanding of investment products, market trends, and economic factors;
- Proficiency in financial analysis, risk assessment, and investment valuation;
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements;
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels;
- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively;
- Understanding of fintech trends and their implications for investment strategies;
- Adaptability and openness to new ideas.
