JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Zangezur Copper Molybdenum Combine is looking for a Head of IT Operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- IT infrastructure maintenance and improvements;
- Implementation of ITSM principles in day to day to work;
- SLA development and delivery;
- Incident, problem and change management ownership;
- Responsibility for infrastructure security;
- Constantly dive into innovation and change to improve operational excellence;
- Configuration and documentation management;
- External partners and services management.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Hands-on experience managing and operating infrastructure both on-prem and public cloud;
- Good knowledge of ITIL methodology;
- Experience in ITSM development;
- Solid understanding of MS and Linux operating systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting;
- Good knowledge of system monitoring tools implementation – both on the infrastructure and application layer;
- Solid knowledge and experience in operations automation – automation tools and infrastructure as a code;
- Good knowledge of scripting (Bash or Power Shell);
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, or similar);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Experience in administration of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP;
- MS Exchange, MS Teams, MS Sharepoint, File Services, MS Exchange, Print Services, Terminal Services, MS SCOM, SCCM;
- Basic knowledge of information security;
- Experience in DevSecOps;
- Experience in EPAM, Luxoft, and Accenture vendors.
