JOB DESCRIPTION:
ClinSoft is looking for a highly motivated and skilled IT team leader to ensure smooth operation of the department in accordance with industry developments and international standards.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze, design, coordinate and supervise the development of software systems;- Analyze system specifications and translate system requirements to task specifications;
- Provide analysis of current programs which includes performance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of errors in programs, and design solutions to problematic programming;
- Ensure that software products accomplish the project objectives for which they were produced;
- Develop new programs/products and/or analyze existing ones for necessary improvements;
- Review and repair source codes;
- Conduct system analysis and development with limited support;
- Lead and provide support for project deliveries;
- Manage Company data storage and database design to improve performance;
- Develop software architecture and software standards for projects of the Company;
- Manage and supervise Information Technology & Software Development department activities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computational Mathematics or a related field;- At least 10 years of experience in design and implementation of real-time data processing systems, integration and management;
- Strong skills in data structures and algorithms;
- Strong skills in software architecture design methods;
- Excellent knowledge of programming languages and frameworks: C++, C#, PHP, Pascal, Java, JavaScript, jQuery, ReactJS, R;
- Excellent knowledge of OS specific development: C++ based with Win32 API and Linux;
- Excellent knowledge of database programming and administration Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL;
- Knowledge of XML Signature and RSA Cryptography;
- Excellent communication skills to enable close collaboration with developers and users/clients;
- Good knowledge of the English language;
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines;
- Ability to work under pressure and tied timelines.
