JOB DESCRIPTION: 

VTB Bank (Armenia) CJSC is looking for a Head of Labor Relations and Staff Selection Division, who will be responsible for all processes of the Division.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Organize current activities of the Division;
- Regulate working relationships in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Armenia;
- Implement document circulation with the Central Bank;
- Organize and control personnel-related processes;
- Collaborate with all divisions of the Bank;
- Submit questions, suggestions, reports and data on the jurisdiction of the Section to the Head of the Department;
- Provide information on completed works to the Head of the Department;
- Distribute work between employees and supervision over performance of each employee's responsibilities;
- Solve all operational issues and other current issues related to the activity of the Department.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Higher education;
- At least 3 years of professional management experience;
- Excellent knowledge of the Labor Code;
- Knowledge of the banking system;
- Time management skills;
- Business analysis ability;
- Negotiation skills;
- Good command of MS Office;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian and Russian languages; good knowledge of English language.
