JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Galaxy Group of Companies is looking for a highly responsible and experienced, enthusiastic personality to become a valued member of its big family. Galaxy Group of Companies is hiring Head of Marketing Department for one of its companies.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Develop and lead the Company’s marketing & PR strategy;
- Develop and manage effective marketing, advertising and promotional activities for sales volume growth for all brands;
- Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary;
- Plan, develop and coordinate loyalty and customer-oriented actions based on CRM analysis;
- Create and monitor the advertisements and brand presence on various platforms;
- Set and administer annual marketing budget;
- Conduct market research and segmentation;
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual analytical reports and presentations;
- Analyze marketing project results and recommend necessary actions to increase sales volume and market share;
- Develop relationships with strategic partners and companies;
- Manage annual media planning with partner brands;
- Manage the work of direct subordinates;
- Do an edition of a corporate magazine.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Higher education, preferably in Marketing or Economics;
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in a similar position;
- Creative, analytical, and strategic thinking;
- Managerial and leadership skills;
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills;
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
- Effective problem-solving skills;
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English Languages;
- Advanced computer skills.
