"Aregak" Universal Credit Organization is looking for a Head of Product Development Department to join its team.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the Product Development team in the process of introduction, regulation and standardization of new financial products;- Coordinate the process of developing new products and services to promote the Company to achieve high positions in the market;
- Participate in strategic planning activities and play a key role in business development processes;
- Participate in development and implementation of technology-based solutions for the customers;
- Lead the market research activities and identify new opportunities;
- Serve as the point of contact for collecting business ideas/ suggestions from branch and head office staff;
- Find innovative ways to increase the client base as well as maintain the current client base;
- Report to Executive Director on results, phases and milestones of PD activities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience of product development preferably in financial sector;- Experience in developing digital products (on-line lending; mobile applications; other innovative technological solutions) is a plus;
- Higher education in a relevant field, such as Economics, Marketing or Finance;
- Knowledge of project management will be a plus;
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills;
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
- Diligent and firm person with high ethical standards;
- MS Office skills (Excel and Word), AS Bank skills are a plus;
- Good command of English language is a plus.
