JOB DESCRIPTION: 

The Central Bank of Armenia is looking for a professional Quality Control Specialist to join the Central Bank's Process Development and Project Management team as the Head of System Testing Division. The ideal candidate should have team leading skills as well as strong communication and analytical skills, be flexible and proactive.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Monitor software system and analyze documents;
- Develop test-scripts, test-plans, test-cases, descriptions, schedules and preparation of test documentation;
- Implement system testing, stress testing, functional and regression testing;
- Develop separate software solutions and data management system scripts;
- Analyze data generated during testing, control the process of elimination of inaccuracies.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or other related field;
- At least 2 years experience as a QC Specialist;
- Knowledge of data management systems, databases (SQL);
- Fluency in Armenian language; good knowledge of Russian and English languages;
- Communication skills;
- Analytical thinking;
- Creativity.

Nice to have:
- Knowledge of automated testing software systems.
