EGS is seeking an energetic and proactive HR Manager who can bring value and contribution to the Company growth.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counsel managers on candidate selection;- Be responsible for recruitment process according to the Company's business, legislative and ethical standards;
- Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resources policies and procedures;
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital;
- Be responsible for organizing presentations and introducing the Company in different meetups, seminars and workshops;
- Organize and participate in job fairs in Yerevan and in regions;
- Provide timely and accurate reports to the management;
- Be guided by teamwork principles in all actions and display a behavior, supporting the team spirit;
- Understand the Business specificities of the Company and be able efficiently communicate on a high-level the information about particular profiles/ teams/ groups' main activities;
- Handle other HR-related tasks.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Higher education in a relevant field;- At least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in IT sphere;
- Active user of LinkedIn and other professional networks;
- Excellent knowledge of English language; knowledge of French language is an asset;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and make quick decisions;
- Analytical and problem solving skills;
- Excellent negotiation, impressive speaking and superb listening skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere;
- Ability to work in a team and under tight deadlines;
- Good to proficient user of PC and various software.
