Zeppelin Armenia LLC is looking for an energetic and creative specialist to join its team, taking the important role of HR Manager. The role demands ability to hire, coach, advise, motivate, manage and develop.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support department heads in a whole range of HR and people-related matters;- Responsible for the whole process of recruitment;
- Responsible for the whole HR administration;
- Cooperate with local training centres and control Zeppelin international training standards implementation;
- Build trust and relationships with employees and managers;
- Responsible for talent identification/ development and retention planning;
- Create and lead the HR projects and initiatives within the organization;
- Provide team buildings' organization support;
- Responsible for 1C and Workday software implementation/ data entry;
- Participate in market surveys;
- Responsible for tax online;
- Cooperate with medical insurance company;
- Responsible for international reporting;
- Participate in budgeting process.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS/ MS in Psychology or a related field;- At least 3 years of experience as an HR Manager in an international environment;
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills;
- Ability to make decisions taking into account the interests of employee and company;
- Strong leadership skills;
- Ability to solve conflicts;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian languages;
- Experience with 1C software;
- Experience with Workday system;
- Exceptional communication skills;
- Ability to travel within and outside Armenia;
- Motivated and enthusiastic personality;
- People orientation;
- Understanding of labour legislation;
- Friendly, flexible, and open-minded personality.
