JOB DESCRIPTION:
Ongrid LLC is looking for an HR Specialist to join its team.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participatе in the development of the HR-brand of the company;- Promote the company's brand on social media;
- Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages;
- Administer health insurance programs;
- Implement training and development plans;
- Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions;
- Inform employees about additional benefits they’re eligible for;
- Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization;
- Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner;
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation;
- Perform other tasks of the HR department.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven work experience as an HR Specialist;- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS);
- Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Russian languages);
- Good problem-solving abilities;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Time management, problem solving skills;
- Detail-oriented person.
