JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Sapsan Trade LLC is seeking a highly motivated candidate to fill the position of Import Specialist.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Maintain control and ensure regulations to all import processes;
- Monitor work according to corporate and local policies;
- Evaluate all-new custom requirements and supervise everyday operations according to standard procedures;
- Assist to obtain all required import permits and export licenses for all processes;
- Prepare final import documents;
- Organize the transportation of goods, find new transportation;
- Negotiate with clients and find new brands for them;
- Perform other job-related functions assigned by the Management.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Higher education;
- Previous work experience in the same position will be an advantage;
- Reliable and self-motivated person;
- Good communication skills;
- Teamwork skills;
- Ability to find solutions in tense situations;
- Basic understanding of sales principles;
- Knowledge of English and Russian languages.
