JOB DESCRIPTION:

With the new dynamic of Teach For Armenia, a strong marketing strategy plan will be more important than ever. This will require focused efforts on developing strong skills in research, program management, coordination, market segmentation, presentation and reporting-analytics research in order to create strong partnership campaigns, improve recruitment strategy, creating marketing initiatives and branding concepts for upcoming learning and innovation projects, as well as keep the online representation up-to-date. - Online Media: As the Marketing and Brand Strategy Department prepares to move forward with new digital marketing strategy, this new approach will likely include website analytics, targeted campaigns via Google, and a push on social media visibility. The Marketing Manager will support this work in order to determine which media platforms provide the greatest return on investment;
- Other: Working closely with other TFA staff, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for the selection of impact stories for Quarterly Reports. ABOUT COMPANY:

Teach For Armenia is an independent, not-for-profit organization that is enlisting Armenia's most promising future leaders in its mission to ensure all children in Armenia have access to an excellent education. Participants in the program, known as Fellows, serve as full-time teachers for 2 years in high-need schools across Armenia, and commit to transforming the education outcomes of less-privileged schoolchildren through significantly improving their achievements, affect and access. In the long term, Teach For Armenia Alumni will form a different class of leaders, working in various sectors to expand education opportunity for all children in Armenia. To date, Teach For Armenia has recruited over 100 Fellows across 4 cohorts. The Company aims to grow this number aggressively given the scale and urgency of education inequity.
