JOB DESCRIPTION:
LDT Technology LLC is seeking an ambitious person with great communications skills to join its team and help drive new international sales. The ideal candidate should have proficient verbal and writing skills in English language. As an International Sales Manager at the LDT Technology, he/ she will be expected to directly sell and contribute to service sales, handle selling/ buying process and collaborate with senior management. This role is heavily defined by creating and achieving new sales contracts and finding new business opportunities in a wide variety of products.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive new revenue opportunities through direct selling and leverage of past clients and contacts;- Define sales strategies and execute plan for International Sales;
- Plan and direct sales activities and objectives to maximize sales volume as well as identify performance goals and measurements, partnering with accounts to obtain positive results;
- Practice effective, excellent communication with direct reports, management, customers and support staff;
- Provide feedback and input around new marketing and lead generation programs;
- Provide requirements to Marketing, Circulation, and other departments to ensure that the sales team has the up-to-date information it needs to be successful;
- Keep abreast of the industry, market, competition, competitive issues and products.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communications skills;- Perfect networking skills;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Ability to collaborate with company-wide divisions to ensure quality customer service;
- Exceptional relationship building and listening skills;
- Proficient verbal and writing skills in English language;
- Good team player.
