JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Equiti AM is hiring an IT and Security Analyst for its new ITOC pillar (IT Operations Centre). The location of this role is in Equiti office in Yerevan. The ITOC team is distributed across all Equiti offices globally. This is an opportunity for an IT and Security specialist to take ownership of managing the IT support function at the Yerevan office and assist with implementation of security controls to enforce global security frameworks including ISO27001 and GDPR. The IT and Security Analyst will provide first and second line plus third line technical support to Equiti internal staff and some client facing systems. The successful candidate will require an aptitude for working with applications or systems to undertake analysis, diagnosis and resolution of staff problems, which may range
from straight forward to more complicated technical issues. There is also a range of administration duties within this role. Coverage includes the region of Armenia although he/ she may also be required to participate in global IT incentives for other regions. As regional IT & Security Analyst, he/ she will act as the point of escalation for all ITOC issues in the Armenia region and will be held accountable for the regional response SLAs ensuring that all incidents, IT and security tasks are managed within the predefined SLAs. He/ she will be a critical team member of a team of 10 ITOC Analysts and will take project lead and direction from the lead ITOC Analyst. Other ITOC team members are distributed globally and NOC and SOC teams are in Cyprus. He/ she will share tasks for escalation to NOC and SOC teams. He/ she will take directive from the Equiti Group SOC regarding security frameworks adopted by the Equiti Group. The incumbent will be required to handle all support requests for his/ her region, and may be required to work out of hours and weekends to assist in systems maintenance and administration tasks. Excellent regional support and security is the primary objective of this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Provide 1st to 3rd line support for all users in Armenia;
- Implement locally the security controls and frameworks directed by Equiti SOC;
- Setup and support conference systems and room systems;
- Support day to day IT requests for Armenia users;
- Ensure all employees know how to use the business tools provided;
- Responsible for support of Windows desktop clients and some server administration;
- Follow process and checklists for starters and leavers;
- Responsible for Active Directory administration;
- Participate in documentation on processes and procedures;
- Responsible for IT inductions for new starters;
- Participate in after-hours maintenance;
- Provide Cloud infrastructure support: AWS, Azure, 365;
- Responsible for procurement of IT hardware and software locally;
- Build relationships with 3rd party vendors;
- Responsible for PXE boot deployment administration;
- Responsible for WSUS;
- Assist in setup of VPN clients;
- Responsible for Patch management and network support;
- Responsible for Wi-Fi Administration;
- Responsible for CCTV administration;
- Responsible for PC/ Laptop builds and software installations;
- Responsible for ticket system logging and response;
- Responsible for IT security;
- Responsible for budgeting.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related majors or equivalent experience; technical certification is desirable;
- Financial services technology background is desirable;
- ITIL Foundation certification is preferable;
- CCNA R&S certification is desirable;
- MCSA and MCSE certification is desirable;
- Knowledge of cloud managed networking (Cisco Merkai);
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Armenian languages.
