JOB DESCRIPTION:
5Asec is looking for a candidate for the position of Laundry Director.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage all Laundry day-to-day operations within budget and according to the highest standards;- Preserve excellent level of customer service;
- Identify customers' needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns;
- Conduct commercial negotiations with customers and partners (hotels, restaurants, suppliers);
- Communicate with potential customers through phone calls and correspondence;
- Manage existing customers' complaints in a timely manner;
- Lead Laundry by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel;
- Establish targets, KPI's, schedules, policies and procedures;
- Comply with all health and safety regulations;
- Report on management regarding sales results and productivity.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Higher education, preferably in Sales, Marketing or Economics;- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (Excel, Word, Armenian Software);
- At least 2 years of work experience in a relevant field (hotels, restaurants, cleaning service);
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently;
- Mastery in delegating multiple tasks;
- Communication and leadership skills;
- Up-to-date knowledge of the food and beverages trends and best practices;
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets;
- Client-oriented and service-minded person.
