JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Converse Bank is seeking for an experienced specialist to join the Legal Department and provide effective legal service for the Bank's lending procedures, as well as ensure presence at the courts (civil, bankruptcy and administrative cases) upon necessity.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Responsible for the legal maintenance of the entire lending procedure - review of credit cases and provision of legal conclusions;
- Provide legal consulting on the banking operations;
- Prepare draft lawsuits, claims, actions, objections, complaints, notes, agreements, contracts and other legal documents;
- Introduce the Bank's interests in civil, administrative and bankruptcy cases in all court instances and government authorities of the RA;
- Provide filing and documentation of court cases, document circulation and reporting.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- University degree in Law;
- Excellent knowledge of banking, civil, bankruptcy and criminal procedure legislation;
- At least 2 years of professional work experience in financial and banking sectors;
- Fluency in the Armenian language; good knowledge of English and Russian languages;
- Oral and written communications skills;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Attention to details;
- Analytical thinking skills; ability to orient in difficult situations.
