JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Avenue Consulting Group is looking for a Legal Consultant to be responsible for developing various legal documents, drawing up comments and interpretations of legal acts, elaboration of legal reviews, legal researches and analysis, providing explanations and advices for the Company’s clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Develop legal documentation;
- Develop standard contracts, claims, letters, etc.;
- Develop standard documents for legal entities’ registration, change;
- Responsible for representation in respective state bodies;
- Develop legal analysis, legal reviews, including national and international experience;
- Design documents for RA judicial and State bodies, particularly applications, petitions, mediations, etc.;
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Head of Legal team and Company’s Director.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Higher education in the field of Law;
- At least 1 year of experience as a Legal Consultant (Lawyer);
- Reporting skills, analytical thinking;
- Fluent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Negotiation skills;
- Logical and analytical skills;
- Time management skills;
- Communication and representation skills.
