JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Avenikh LLC is looking for a Logistics Operator who will organize and coordinate freight services. This position requires a hard-working and energetic person with a big potential.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Find loads in consistency with the needs and preferences of the Company's truck drivers;
- Communicate with existing clients and build up relationships with potential clients;
- Negotiate pricing agreements with carriers and clients;
- Plan and coordinate on-time pickup and delivery schedules;
- Track (via GPS) and report shipment updates to customers;
- Work with clients and carriers to resolve problems in a timely manner;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and clients;
- Use existing resources to constitute new carriers to the existing fleet;
- Work towards achieving targets set by management and make weekly reports.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- University degree, preferably in Logistics;
- At least 5 years of experience in logistics sphere;
- Computer literacy (including MS Word and Excel);
- Readiness for a long-term cooperation;
- Efficiency, ability to plan a working day;
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills;
- Multitasking skills;
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
