JOB DESCRIPTION: 

The US based NOVICA Impact Marketplace, is expanding its presence in Yerevan, connecting talented artisans from Armenia with customers worldwide. If you're located in Yerevan and have a genuine love for handcrafts, this is an incredible opportunity for you to join its team at the NOVICA Artisan Empowerment Hub.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Export/import;
- Fulfillment of orders;
- Preparation of export shipments;
- Negotiations with couriers;
- Management of the daily workflow of packers;
- Oversee packaging materials;
- Perform other related duties as required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- A bachelor’s or associate degree in marketing, sales, or a related field;
- Proficient in English and Armenian;
- Critical thinking, organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Comfortable with technology, proficient in basic programs such PowerPoint, Adobe, google workspace, email, excel, etc;
- Creative, innovative, and dynamic with a desire to grow and learn;
- Ability to work independently, multi-tasking and collaboratively on a team;
- A proactive approach to problem solving and negotiations;
- Willingness to learn, understand production techniques and become knowledgeable in the handcrafts sector.
