JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Dilijan Development Foundation is looking for a Marketing Director. The position is located in Yerevan with frequent travel to Dilijan.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities;
- Supervise the department and provide guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals;
- Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently;
- Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotion, launching of new product lines etc.;
- Monitor progress and submit performance reports;
- Responsible for producing valuable content for the company’s online presence, editorial design and organizing the company’s publications;
- Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements;
- Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects;
- Become the organization’s agent towards external parties such as media, stakeholders and potential clients and build strategic partnerships;
- Develop a yearly budget for the marketing team;
- Communicate the brand identity with the team;
- Sift through marketing data to find the important trends;
- Stay up to date on the latest marketing trends;
- Oversee social media strategy and implementation;
- Create marketing reports to show to executives.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Master's degree in Marketing or MBA;
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once;
- Ability to communicate effectively in speech and writing;
- Customer focused attitude;
- Content creation experience;
- SEO and PPC experience; certification is preferred;
- Strong drive for results;
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams;
- Ability to analyze problems and create a solution;
- Knowledge of Armenia, Russian and English languages.
