JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Rouge Beaute LLC is seeking a Marketing Manager who will manage the day-to-day marketing activities and develop long-term marketing strategy for the Company.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Develop marketing strategy for the Company in line with Company objectives;
- Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities;
- Responsible for creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans;
- Plan and implement promotional campaigns;
- Prepare online and printed marketing campaigns.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- At least 2 years of experience in retail marketing;
- Budgeting and project management skills;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- Strong knowledge of English, Russian and Armenian languages;
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills;
- Leadership and motivational skills.
