JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Avenikh LLC is looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to be responsible for developing the Company's marketing and sales policies. This position requires a hard-working and energetic person with a big potential.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Communicate with existing clients and build up relationships with potential clients; - Enrich sales;
- Participate in marketing events and projects;
- Develop effective sales plans, preferably using sales methodology;
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets;
- Update client database;
- Manage workload, organize and prioritize daily and weekly goals;
- Edit website content (the Company will provide training).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- University degree in Marketing or a related field;
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing and sales;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian and Russian languages, both written and spoken; knowledge of English language is a plus;
- Creative thinking;
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure;
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills;
- Multitasking skills.
