JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Grand Candy is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join its Marketing Department.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Conduct market environment analysis;
- Decide goods demand in competitive market; conduct economical and branch markets analysis and find potential buyers; make negotiations with sales outlets representatives;
- Conduct sales activity and perspectives analysis;
- Inform the supervisor on the local, national and international factors, development of consumer market and changes of customer behavior which influences on the decision of buying and selling of some goods;
- Participate in price strategy cultivation process;
- Correspond to new production demand suggestions cultivation;
- Prepare reports; perform tasks assigned by the supervisor accurately and in a timely manner.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- University degree in Marketing, Management or in a related field;
- Work experience in business and/ or marketing is desired;
- Strong leadership skills;
- Strong analytical thinking skills;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Computer skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
