JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Converse Bank is seeking a highly qualified specialist to join the Marketing team and ensure effective marketing strategy of the Bank.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Actively participate in design of short-term and long-term marketing and promotion programs;
- Control the design of printed materials: concept, work with designers and concerned parties;
- Cooperate with promotional platforms within the scope of marketing policy;
- Control the participation in public, media and related surveys;
- Be consistent and aware of and provide recommendations on new marketing approaches;
- Responsible for brand recognition and projection of measures aimed at strengthening of brand in the market.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- University degree;
- Work experience in marketing or in a related field;
- Good knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Computer literacy, preferably knowledge of any design and/ or video clip making software;
- Teamwork skills;
- Well-organized and detail-oriented person;
- Quick problem solving skills;
- Verbal and written communication skills.
