Varks.am is looking for a Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for executing effective marketing strategies, assisting with campaign development, and analyzing the effectiveness of each campaign.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop marketing strategy to acquire new clients;- Discover and launch new marketing channels;
- Identify customer needs and provide relevant information and advice through online and offline advertising;
- Oversee accounts on search platforms (e.g. Google AdWords, Yandex);
- Maintain Varks.am social pages in Facebook/ Instagram/ OK/ LinkedIn;
- Stay up to date with digital media technologies and latest trends;
- Assist with all internal and external marketing campaigns, producing creative content for marketing projects and initiatives;
- Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV, etc.);
- Write and edit communications and marketing materials, including eye catching publications for prints and online, fact-sheets, briefing papers, speeches and position papers;
- Participate with the designer in development of advertising materials: external and internal posters, booklets, stickers, business cards, labels, letterheads.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing;- Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or in a similar role;
- Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns;
- Experience managing successful social media campaigns, and solid understanding of social marketing;
- Experience with content management;
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Team player;
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
