JOB DESCRIPTION:
RSM International is seeking a versatile and dedicated Mathematics Teacher/ Curriculum Methodologist to join its team in Yerevan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mathematics, excellent communication skills, and experience in curriculum development and instructional design. RSM International is looking for candidates who will join its product departments: Curriculum development, Competitions department, Development of New Products or Teachers’ training.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Might include all or part of the listed below:- Deliver engaging and comprehensive mathematics lessons to students at various levels;
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and instructional practices;
- Work on the development of new curriculum programs;
- Work on projects supporting Content Management System (CMS);
- Support students' homework program;
- Initiate new projects based on identified needs and previous experience according to the plans of the Department;
- Develop instructional materials, assessments, and resources to support teaching and learning;
- Assess curriculum effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field;- Previous experience teaching mathematics preferred, but not required;
- Experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or educational research;
- Strong mathematical aptitude and a passion for teaching;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles;
- Commitment to fostering a positive and supportive learning environment;
- A good level of written and spoken English.
